And yet, it can feel as if our sound is separate from our soul, keeping us from connecting deeply with others through a part of us that is desperate to be seen and heard... a part of us that wants to contribute something meaningful by being more of who we are.
When we share our voice, we share who we are.
I believe that the voice (both the inner and outer) is just as much of a physical part of us as a limb or a vital organ, and yet in a culture that is dominated by the sense of sight, we forget how much sound and spirit underscore everything that we do.
Your voice IS your superpower.
It is the keeper of your truth... and even more importantly: a vehicle to finally speak your truth into the physical realm. In a world full of clutter and noise, your voice needs you, and you need your voice, more than ever before.
One of the things I've noticed after 20+ years of studying and teaching voice is that most all of us have had our voice shut down in one way or another. There is a lot of vulnerability in sharing our deepest ideas and thoughts, our expressive physical noises, and owning the power of our inner wisdom.
But let’s be clear: This is not just about technique. It’s about integration.
Without connecting the dots between the physiological, technique-based voice work and the foundational, inner emotional work—part of your "voice" will feel inaccessible.
Learning how to bridge these worlds allows you to FEEL more of yourself. It's a feeling of coming home. It's a feeling of relief as you move stuck energy from inside your body out—into your voice.

The Embodied Voice Creative Partnership is a three-month transformative mentorship to explore, emancipate, and transform the relationship you have with your voice.
This mentorship is for you when you're seeking more of yourself. A guided exploration and support to BE more of who you are so you can do the work that's calling you.
